My New Year’s resolutions always include these, especially after all of the eating and drinking we do during the holidays! Therefore, today I’m going to tell you about a home workout routine that I think you’ll love. And, the best part is, it’s a 30-minute workout!

The 30 Minute Workout You’ve Been Waiting For
This 30 minute workout program is called “Yoga 30 for 30”. It’s a 30-minute per day, 30-day yoga program by husband and wife team Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom. They are amazing. And, for an at home workout, you would not believe the quality of this production!
This home workout program is completely online and can be downloaded or streamed – there are no physical dvd’s. Since each practice is a 30 minute workout, the length is perfect for virtually any schedule – so, no excuses! 😉 These classes are designed for people (like us!) that don’t have time (or patience!) for long workouts. Because, really – who has time to work out for an hour??
While several of the practices in this program are suitable for beginners, the program in general was designed for the intermediate/advanced student that has an understanding of alignment, so there are some challenging poses. There are also optional add-on exercises each day, that are 10 minutes long.
One of My Favorite At Home Workouts
Now, y’all know I love my at home workouts. But, you should know that I am not affiliated with this exercise product. I really do love it, though, so I just had to share! I had been thinking of starting the program again, but then I found Yoga 30 for 30, which is much more do-able for my schedule!
